Subscription Fees
As a service provider offering content through our Site or App, we enable you to access a variety of packages after you have subscribed and paid the associated fees. Please be advised that all fees paid to Pinkflix App for subscription services are non-refundable.
Technical Glitches in Transactions
In the event of a technical issue during an online transaction that prevents the transaction from being completed, the amount being transferred will automatically be refunded to your bank account through the Payment Gateway. This process is automated and designed to protect you in case of transaction failures.
Chargebacks
Should we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be immediately suspended without notice. A chargeback fee will be applied to cover the fees passed on to us by the credit card company, in addition to any outstanding balances that have accrued as a result of the chargeback(s). These amounts must be paid in full for service to be restored.
To avoid unnecessary complications, we urge you to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before resorting to a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback for a valid charge from us is considered fraudulent and is not an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
